Playing dumb tourist time has come, this is only way to see a metropolis, even for a 20-minutes city like Adelaide.  We took public transports, walk and drive, with enough batteries in the cameras.

There are number of free public transport routes and also concession for interstate visitors, which we took advantage of,  one could also take up a Beam share ride

Beam Share Rides are all over the city

However, our preferred mode for exploring a city, has always been the self-powered way, walk.  This time, no exception.

While there are plenty more happy tourist snaps in the photo album link above, or here:-  Adelaide City & Beaches, I found most interesting are the graffiti, and we actually "caught" a couple of graffiti artists in their act, very well organized.

And I found this particular one can be mesmerizing...like zooming into a scene.

And then there are  the buildings that bears the name "Polites" everywhere we turned.  One can't say he is shy about his name on all the buildings he owns.  Here is a bit of history of The Polite Buildings.

Finally, the replacement tyre for the damaged one that was discovered during tyre rotation in Warracknabeal a week or so ago, had arrived at the local truck tyre workshop which I designated.  We took Sandi early in the morning to have it installed.

Once that is done, we took the opportunity to have a look at the foreshores of Adelaide, and let the drone did some hard work instead of our legs.

Then it was time to take Sandi to the appointment with the local truck specialist, to see if there were any serious issues.

Of course, nothing was found. In fact, the engine limping problem decided to take a vacation, which was incredibly frustrating! The vibration during final braking was probably just the road surface or a slightly warped brake. Gremlins never show up when they know they’re being investigated—my Uncle Murphy always has his hand in these matters. I can only hope nothing more serious decides to make a surprise appearance.
